My Traveling Grandma was inspired by the author’s conversations with numerous traveling grandparents. The book is told through the voice of a small child and affirms the connection that exists between grandparents and their grandchildren. The book portrays a child’s anticipation of a grandmother’s visit and includes some travel images that parents and children will find amusing.
